Quality Management
This standard specifies the requirements for securing and improving processes that are important for increasing customer satisfaction. The quality delivered is increased by meeting requirements of the client, key stakeholders, requirements of the internal organization itself, laws and regulations and by continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the quality management system.
Environmental Management System
This standard provides the requirements for a systematic approach to environmental aspects of the company and its activities. It ties in with topics such as CSR and circular economy and responds to the importance of both internal and external developments, as well as in the requirements and expectations of Stakeholders. Through continuous improvement, it contributes to embedding environmental policy in the corporate strategy.
Safety, health and environment for the petrochemical industry
The Safety Checklist for Contractors – Petrochemicals focuses on the direct control of Safety, Health and Environment (HSE) while performing work on the shop floor, on the HSE structure (including HSE policy, HSE organization and improvement management), as well as on specific additional requirements for working in the petrochemical industry.
Occupational health and safety management systems
This standard specifies requirements for the management system to improve working conditions, eliminate hazards and ensure safety, health and welfare in the work environment. Contracting authorities can use the CO₂-Performanceladder to give award advantage to companies that actively work on CO₂ reduction.
Safety culture assessment system
It provides a step-by-step development perspective for safe behavior and attitudes at all levels of your organization. It is an assessment method to measure safety awareness and conscious safe action (culture & behavior) in the organization. This emphasizes ownership by including safety behaviors in assessments at all levels of the organization.

Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
Although Van der Ende is not directly subject to the CSRD due to the size of our company, we are well aware that a large proportion of our customers do have to comply with these reporting requirements.
We understand the importance of transparent and structured reporting on sustainability and social responsibility. Therefore, we are well prepared and have a comprehensive, systematically structured data set that can almost seamlessly serve as input to our clients’ CSRD reports.
