With the purchase of a high-tech passive fireproofing (PFP) pump comes proper certification. In October, Van der Ende’s fireproofing team attended an extensive training course on the application of Jotun’s Jotachar products. During the training, Jotun’s fireproofing specialist explained the products and applications.
Upon completion of the training, the team was able to demonstrate their ability to properly apply the Jotachar fireproofing on several test pieces. They did this both through application by hand and using the PFP pump. While reviewing the test pieces, it was evident that the workmanship of our enthusiastic team was just fine. All participants received a Jotachar certificate. Van der Ende is the first company certified by Jotun to apply this innovative fire proofing.
We are currently certified to apply the coatings of Carboline, International Paint (Chartec), Jotun (Jotachar), PPG (PITT-CHAR) and Hempel (Hempacore).
