Replacing a tank bottom is a costly endeavor. In addition to the cost of replacing the bottom, there is also downtime of the tank. We offer a solution that can extend the life of a tank bottom by up to 15 years. Using a fiberglass reinforced coating, we provide secondary containment. The coating is so strong that even if holes were to appear from the bottom in the bottom, no leaks will occur. This solution is cheaper, has a much shorter downtime and is applicable in large and small tanks.
The pictures show an example of a small tank, which was given a fiberglass reinforced coating in just 8 days. The bottom showed a lot of pitting corrosion, but after the treatment, it is again ready for many years of service.
