[column]In April this year, Van der Ende won the contract to completely rust-proof and reapply a 3-layer paint system to the structure and pipes of jetty 1 at the Vopak Terminal in Vlissingen.
While the work is being carried out, the jetty will remain operational.[/column]
[column]Through good communication with the client, we know in a timely manner when loading and unloading operations will take place. During these loading and unloading activities, work is only carried out in the so-called green zone that has been created. This allows work to continue without significant stagnation. [/column]
[column]To prevent pollution of the environment, the jetty has been fitted in accordance with screening class 2 of the WVO Discharge Decree.
Work is expected to be completed by August this year.[/column]
