Stan Sontrop, Construction Manager Prorail: “Van der Ende Steel Protectors renovated the station canopy at Tilburg station under challenging conditions. During the execution, account had to be taken of a station that would remain in service, the movement of trains, the transfer of passengers and the conditioning conditions due to old paint layers containing chromium-6. This work was carried out to the complete satisfaction of the client ProRail. ProRail has received very positive feedback from the surrounding area about the striking result.”
