For many years, Van der Ende has stood for quality. Achieving that quality requires skilled painters. Due to the lack of real training in the field of metal conservation, the training of new, mostly young employees takes place in practice.
Van der Ende has its own training program. Through this program, we ensure that new employees are trained to become fully-fledged and, above all, skilled metal conservators. By means of classroom training, but especially by linking them to masters. These “old hands” teach them the tricks of the trade.
In December 2011, Van der Ende received the accredited training company designation from Savantis. Of course, we are quite proud of that….
