During the first day of Maintenance Next in Ahoy, Peter van der Ende presented the success story of the Van der Ende Steel Protectors Academy.
The Van der Ende Academy was established to ensure that, even with the strong growth the company is experiencing, Van der Ende can continue to have sufficient skilled employees. The academy is also social sustainability and offers young people the opportunity to learn the fine craft of metal preservation in a time frame of 3 intensive weeks. Students who successfully complete the academy are further trained within the company as all-round metal preservationists.
