Technique Metallizing
Metallizing is an effective technique for protecting steel from corrosion. By applying a protective layer of metal (e.g., aluminum) to the surface, steel structures can remain resistant to the elements for decades by providing a barrier and acting as a sacrificial layer. The applied layer of TSA is additionally overpainted with a suitable one- or multi-coat coating to ensure maximum service life.
Prevent product contamination from corrosion
We use solid thermal spray equipment to ensure a high-quality application. This process involves the use of various metals and alloys such as zinc, zinc-aluminum and aluminum-magnesium (Thermal Spray Aluminum). These materials are melted in wire form using an electric arc and then sprayed onto the steel surface with compressed air. The small metal particles adhere quickly and form a tough, long-lasting protective layer.
