A very efficient and also environmentally friendly way to pre-treat surfaces is electric dust-free machine blasting. We have been applying this method frequently from the 1990s onwards, because dust free blasting provides many advantages compared with conventional blasting. The quantity of waste decreases by more than 90%. The suction system extracts all the blasting dust, the paint and corrosion residues immediately and stores it for disposal. The steel grit is recycled and used again.

The blaster has been replaced with an operator who controls the whole installation with a joystick. We can set our blasting machines to both horizontal and vertical surfaces and thus quickly, safely and environmentally friendly blast large parts of storage tanks for example.
