The 45-year-old crane 15 will be provided with a completely new paint system in July. We have commissioned Wiko Isolatietechniek and Steigerbouw BV to make the crane safely accessible and to ensure screening of the works, so that no damage to the environment occurs

The scaffolding is constructed in such a way that the crane in case of emergency can still be used for transport work with minor adjustments in case of emergency without having to dismantle the whole scaffolding. To achieve this, the scaffolding is built from the pivot point at twenty meters height to the boom at 54 meters.

The turnaround time for this project is minimised to 4.5 weeks in connection with a planned ship on quay. In that time we must carry out all scaffolding and preservation work.
