Van der Ende now also an approved work placement company

For many years now, Van der Ende has stood for quality. To achieve this quality, skilled painters are needed. Due to the lack of a real training in the field of metal conservation, the training of new, mostly young employees takes place on the job.

Van der Ende has its own training programme. Through this programme we ensure that new employees are trained to be fully fledged and especially skilled metal conservationists. By means of class training, but especially by linking them to apprentice trainers, these “old hands” are able to teach them the tricks of the trade.
