During the first day of the Maintenance Next in Ahoy, Peter van der Ende presented the success story of the Van der Ende Steel Protectors Academy.

The Van der Ende Academy was established to ensure that Van der Ende, also with the strong growth that the company is experiencing, can continue to have sufficient skilled employees. The academy is also social sustainability and offers young people the opportunity to learn the beautiful profession of steel protection in a period of 3 intensive weeks. The students who successfully complete the academy are further trained within the company to become all-round steel protectors.
