Van der Ende returned the paintwork to its original condition at the station Den Haag Hollands Spoor, commissioned by ProRail. This successfully ended a two year project.
A lot of material was required for this project: 10,320 litres environmentally friendly paint, 750 brushes, 800 metres abrasive paper, 1200 metres masking tape and 60 kilos filler. In 31,000 man hours a wood and steel surface of more than 40,000 m2 was painted.
“Van der Ende has carried out the work commissioned by ProRail, namely the protection of approx. 39,000 m2 of steel and wood at The Hague Hollands Spoor station, to ProRail's complete satisfaction and in good cooperation, by its own professional staff and with its own equipment, and delivered the work on time.”- A.C.P.
